    Application:801W is designed for low temperature requested hygiene product: diaper construction                 bonding,etc.

    Feature:Light color, good performance in low operation temperature, excellent anti-aging                     properties, strong peeling strength, low carbonation, excellent effect in bonding                   between the non-woven fabric and back film without crumple.

                    Physical Properties:

    Appearance:Yellowish,transparent 

    Viscosity:800±200 cps @160?

                        1300±300 cps @150?

                        2100±500 cps @140?

                        3000±700 cps @130?

                        4000±800 cps @120?

    Softening Point:73±5?

    Instruction for use: • Suggested operation temperature: 120?-140?.

                         • Suggested tooling method: hot-melt spray nozzle and coating systems.

                         • Suggested cleaning method: Clean the equipment with mineral oil at 120?.                            Then flush it with the same type adhesive below 170?.
